Pineapple, ginger and lemon juice
-3 tablespoons of pineapple juice
-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
-3 tablespoons of concentrate ginger tea
-a cup of warm water
Mix all above ingredients and drink at least 2 times a day before meals.
Grapefruit, pineapple and black pepper juice
-half a cup of grapefruit juice
-half a cup of pineapple juice
-a quarter teaspoon of black pepper
Mix all ingredients and drink 2-3 times daily before meals.
Tomato, black pepper and caraway juice
-1 cup of naturally tomato juice
-1 teaspoon of caraway
-a quarter teaspoon of black pepper powder
Mix well the ingredients and drink it before meals.
Grapefruit and vinegar juice
-1 cup of grapefruit juice
-1 teaspoon of vinegar
Mix well and drink 3 times a day before meals.
Green tea, cinnamon and lemon
-1 teaspoon of green tea
-half a teaspoon of cinnamon (powder)
-1 slice of lemon
Make an infusion of these ingredients and after 5 minutes strain the liquid. Drink 2-3 cups per day.
