Eucalyptus and mint

Dried mint leaves and eucalyptus have anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. They improve breathing and control snoring.

You need:

– 2 tablespoons of eucalyptus leaves
– 2 tablespoons of dry mint
– 3 cups of water


Put the water to boil in a kettle. Add the mint and eucalyptus leaves to it, leave them to boil for 5 minutes, and then remove the kettle off the fire. Cover it with a towel then inhale the steam for 3-5 minutes. Repeat the treatment every night, before bedtime, especially if you suffer from respiratory infections.
