• 1 kg of onions
• 1 liter of water
• 250 grams of brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons of turmeric
• 1 root of ginger
Method of preparation:
Add the sugar and water in a saucepan and mix until the sugar melts. Then add the onion, finely chopped, and the peeled and grated ginger, and turmeric. Bring the water to the boiling point, and then turn the stove on medium heat, and let it boil until the liquid is reduced at half. Stir the mixture and pour into a glass jar with a lid. Store it in a refrigerator.
How to administrate:
Take 2 tablespoons in the morning, before breakfast and 2 tablespoons in the evenings, before dinner.
