But according to Leslie Solomonian, professor at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, this trick stimulates legs blood circulation and thus relaxes the head pressure and regulates the immune system.
It’s recommended soaking socks in cold water, wear them overnight and then cover them with a blanket. By morning, the socks are dry and your feet will be warm.
