Body Wrapping Recipes To Get Rid Of Cellulite

Body wrapping helps to detoxify your body, tone the skin and get rid of that annoying cellulite. Such treatments help you very much, and the results vary from one person to another. 1st Recipe

– 1 cup of green clay
– a quarter cup of sea salt
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cups of water
Method of preparation:
– Boil the water and add the salt
– Mix until the salt dissolves
– Add the olive oil and mix again
– Add the clay and mix until it forms a paste
– Depending on its consistency, add or don’t add water
Apply the paste on your body then wrap yourself with wrapping foil. Leave it to act for 45-60 minutes then wash it well.

2nd Recipe
– 1 cup with chamomile, ginger and lavender powder
– 5 liters of hot water
Method of preparation:
– Pour the plant mixture into the water and leave it to infuse for 10 minutes
– dip towels in the water, squeeze them and wrap the affected area with them
– Leave it to act for 10-12 minutes
– Repeat this procedure once.
