3 Homemade Facial Masks You Should Try During The Cold Season

In winter, due to humidity, low temperatures and wind, our skin has to suffer. If it doesn’t receive special care, we can wake up with various diseases including redness, rosacea, dryness and the early appearance of wrinkles. This season you have to try out some facial masks from natural products that nourish and hydrate your skin in depth, bringing back the glow and youthfulness of your skin. And they are very easy to prepare.

1. Face mask with olive oil

Olive oil is the most used ingredient in the cosmetic industry because of the very large amount of antioxidants it contains. This natural product is a good source of vitamin A and E, which helps cell regeneration, repairs the tissues and gives elasticity of the skin.

Preparation: Mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil with 1 egg yolk and 3 teaspoons of fresh orange juice. Apply the mask on face, massage gently, with circular movements and let it act for 30 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water.

2. Face mask with potato

Potato is very rich in vitamin A, an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties that helps in cell regeneration and visibly reduces dark circles and bags under the eyes.

Preparation: Grate a potato and add 1 teaspoon of milk. Mix well, and then add 1 egg. Mix the composition again and put the third ingredient: a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the mask on face and let it act for 30 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water. Your face will be much lighter, and you will look at leas t3 years younger.

3. Face mask with oranges

This facial mask has only 1 ingredient: orange. You have to remove the peel, and apply small pieces from the fruit pulp on the face. After 15 minutes, rinse the skin thoroughly with lukewarm water. Oranges contains a large amount of vitamin C – an antioxidant that your skin needs to regenerate. Your face will be brighter, shiny, firm and elastic.
